Bicycle and Hearts Painted Canvas Shoes

Use SoSoft® Fabric Paint to create fun casual shoes for summer.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- transfer paper
- pencil
- painter's tape
- #6 flat brush
- iron
- #0 round brush
- white canvas shoes
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Launder the shoes according to packaging instructions without fabric softener. If needed, use painter's tape to tape off the rubber of the shoe.
- Using a #6 flat brush, paint the fabric of the shoe in Fuchsia.
- Repeat for the opposite shoe.
- Using a pencil, lightly sketch the bicycle pattern onto the shoe. (If desired, use the provided pattern with transfer paper.)
- Using a #0 round brush, apply Lamp Black over the bicycle design.
- Repeat the bicycle pattern until the fronts of both shoes are covered.
- Paint small hearts between the bicycles and along the sides of the shoes using Ultra White and the #0 brush.
- For lasting durability, heat-set according to the SoSoft label instructions.
