Create a table perfect for a top or bottom bunk in a dorm room using Americana® Decou-Page™.

SUPPLIES

    • sandpaper
    • scissors
    • pencil
    • flat brush
    • wooden crate
    • scrap wood
    • E6000 Glue

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Sand the crate as needed for a smooth surface.

    3. Paint the entire crate white with a flat brush.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Cut five triangles and 11 stripes to fit the width of the crate from the Gold Basics Decou-Page Paper. Adhere onto the crate with Gloss Decou-Page. (Refer to photo.) Repeat for both sides.

    7. Refer to the design below to sketch the design onto Decou-Page Paper. Cut out and adhere onto each end using Decou-Page.

    9. With E6000 Glue, adhere a long piece of wood (or desired hanging tool) onto the bottom or side of the crate. (This will be used to hang the crate or to be inserted between the mattress and boxspring so the crate will stay in place.) If desired, paint the wood white.
