Clean the surface of the drink cart. Remove the glass to be placed it in a safe place until the paint is dry.
Apply one or two coats of Silver to the cart. Let dry.
When dry, replace the glass shelves. Fill the cart with pretty paper straws, a vase of fresh flowers or two, your classiest ice bucket, some fresh fruit for topping your favorite beverages, and you're ready to party!
