Use a medium flat brush to paint the palette Snow White. Mix Desert Turquoise with Snow White 2:1 to make a pastel turquoise. Use a medium flat brush to add two large brush-strokes, one in Desert Turquoise and one in the pastel turquoise mix. (Refer to photo or create your own random brush-strokes.)
Mix Bright Yellow with Festive Green 2:1 to make lime green. Use a medium flat brush and the mix to add a brush-stroke to the bottom. Use a medium flat brush to add Baby Pink to the left side. (Or do your own random design.)
Use a medium flat brush to add a brush-stroke to the top in Desert Turquoise.
Switch over to a smaller flat brush and add random small brush-strokes throughout in Bright Yellow, Baby Pink, Desert Turquoise, Festive Green, Lamp Black, and Snow White. Let dry.
Glue a small wooden item (a wood ring, wood round plaque, anything that fits within the bucket) to the underside of the palette. (This will allow the palette top to sit securely on top of the bucket base without shifting. See photo for placement.)
Use a medium flat brush to paint the underside of the palette Festive Green.
Use a medium flat brush to paint the bucket in True Blue. Let dry, then place the palette on the bucket as the lid.
