Use sponge to dab on 24K Gold Extreme Sheen to the center area of the decanter in an oval shape (or shape on decanter) Use a medium brush to paint around the oval starting from the bottom in Dioxazine Purple, blending up to Vivid Violet, then back to Dioxazine Purple on top.
Transfer provided moon and stars pattern. Use a small brush to paint the moon and stars in Prussian Blue.
Use a medium brush to apply a thin layer of Craft Twinkles Galaxy Blue allowing the base colors to show through the glitter. Tie a tassel around the neck of the decanter. Insert a string of fairy lights in color of your choice.
