Mask of the sole of the shoe with painter's tape if desired.
Using Turquoise, cover most of the shoe. Leave some white areas peeking through – this is where the Orange and Yellow will go. Continue to the next step while the Turquoise paint is still wet.
Randomly apply Yellow and Orange to the areas of remaining white. Mix water in with the paint to create a wash of color that blends into the wet Turquoise paint around it.
Allow the shoes to dry completely before wearing.
