80's-inspired Brushstroke Side Table

Be totally rad with this 80's-inspired brushstroke side table with metallic accents using Chalky Finish

SUPPLIES

    • paper towels
    • 1" chip brush
    • end table
    • - cleaning materials (if applicable)
    • - drop cloth to protect floor
    • 2" chip brush
    • 1" foam brush

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Wipe your table with a damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Rinse your cleaning cloth and wipe again. Let dry.
    2. Prepare work area with placing a drop cloth on the floor. Using a 2" chip brush, paint two coats of Everlasting (white) Chalky Finish Paint to the entire piece except for the legs. Let dry between coats and reapply.

    4. Paint the legs in 24K Gold with a foam brush. Allow to dry and reapply. Using painterly brushstrokes, alternate Remembrance brushstrokes with Gold. Brushstrokes should be randomly placed about 4-6 inches long.

    6. If desired, add just a bit of the Gold Matte Metallic paint along the very edges of the table.
