INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use a medium brush to paint ½ of the mask in Carbon Black. (Refer to photo.)
  2. Paint the opposite side of the face in a 1:1 mix of Dark Grey Value 3 and Titanium White.
  3. Mix White Crackle Paint with just a drop of Carbon Black to make a light gray color. Use this mix to paint over the Carbon Black side of the face; do not paint over the nose and mouth. (Reserve a small amount of the mix to use in Step 7.)
  4. Mix small amounts of Cadmium Red Hue and Primary Yellow into the White Tinting Base until you come up with the desired flesh tone. Paint the gray side of the face with this mix. Mix a small amount of Cadmium Red Hue with White Crackle Paint. Use the “pink” mix to paint ½ of the mouth.
  5. Adhere the false eyelashes on with craft glue.
  6. Use a small brush to randomly paint patches in Carbon Black.
  7. Paint over the Carbon Black patches with the mix saved from Step 3.
