    Step 0 Example
  2. For round 1: Mask off the middle line. Paint one half with Royal Navy. Allow to dry and pull off the tape. Paint the other half with Tuscan Red. Allow to dry. Cut out provided star patterns and trace the templates onto the round. Paint with Light Buttermilk. Allow to dry. Apply a second coat, if needed.
    Step 1 Example
  3. For round 2: Cut out the provided circle pattern and trace the template onto the center of the round. Paint with Royal Navy. Allow to dry. Mask off seven lines and paint Tuscan Red in the negative space. Allow to dry. Trace a star in the center circle and paint with Light Buttermilk. Allow to dry.
    Step 2 Example
  4. For round 3: Using masking tape, mask off a star. Paint the negative space with Tuscan Red and allow to dry. Remove the tape, paint the star with Royal Navy, and allow to dry. Use a ruler to draw some stripes or use masking tape to create. Paint the stripes with Light Buttermilk. Allow to dry. Remove the masking tape and touch up any paint that was pulled up by the tape.
    Step 3 Example
  5. For round 4: Paint a center circle with Royal Navy and allow to dry. Paint a ring of Light Buttermilk and allow to dry. Paint a smaller ring with Tuscan Red and allow to dry. Finish the round by painting a Royal Navy ring around the outer edge.
