How DecoArt is preparing & responding

Please allow me to thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. It has been challenging as a consumer, I know and it has been challenging for our business as well. As our goal is always to be able to support our customer - and we were unable to do that for nearly 50 days.

To provide you with updates as it relates to Business Operations, please understand the following:
DecoArt resumed Manufacturing and Distribution Operations on May 11th in a limited capacity. To clarify what "limited capacity" means for DecoArt, please understand the following:
  • As many businesses re-open across the country, guidance has been provided on the pace we are permitted to re-open. And the pace at DecoArt will be methodical and slow.
  • Although we are excited to welcome back our workforce, we do not anticipate production levels reaching normalcy until mid-late July - gradually increasing each week.
  • We will assess each Phase of our re-opening to ensure the safety of our employees, but also to manage our processes while increasing our capacity so that we can more effectively communicate to you, our valued Customer.
What this means for your Online Order:
  • If you currently have an order in the queue, we are processing as quickly as possible, but understand it may take up to 2 weeks.
  • For orders that are older than 30 days, you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Representatives who will:
    • Confirm your continued interest in receiving the order.
    • Re-Authorize Credit Card Information.
  • For all orders - new or old - we are doing our best to get you all of the product you need quickly. Please understand as we are in the early stages of reopening:
    • Your order may ship short, only including what we have in stock at this time.
    • Be faced with cancellation, if the product is no longer available.
  • If your order is cancelled in full, you will receive an email notifying you of this cancellation and the reason why.
