My name is Marie and I am a wife, mother, and new grandmother who is all about everything DIY.

I've renovated and decorated my1960's home one room at a time.  From refinishing thrift store furniture finds to sewing draperies, tableware, and throw pillows, to making my own artwork.

Everyone in my life knows that when holidays and birthdays roll around, they will be getting something homemade from me.  I was the teenager who brought craft supplies when I babysat, so I've been crafting DIYing my entire life!

Our home has been decorated with sweat equity. Like pages in a book, every room tells a story!
