Linda O'Connell, TDA Linda’s creative journey began over forty years ago when a pastel portrait she created earned her a state award. From that moment on, painting became her passion. Devoting herself first as a student, and later as a teacher, Linda mastered an array of mediums including acrylics, watercolors, pastels, inks, and oils. Teaching and designing were the natural progression for Linda, and in the years that followed she earned a reputation as a skillful designer and an enthusiastic instructor. Successfully creating and publishing her own designs has enabled Linda to become a member of the premier trade association for global creative arts, The Association of Creative Industries. (AFCI). In addition, she has earned the certification Teacher of Decorative Art (TDA) by the Society of Decorative Painters. Linda has been invited to teach both internationally and at many regional conventions. Always with an eye on reaching just one more aspiring painter, Linda h
