Hello! My name is Laura. I am a wife and a mother of two boys located in Austin, TX. I started on my creative journey in 2014, diving head first into art journaling. Since then I have branched out and experimented with all different types of media from acrylic paints to pigment powders to alcohol inks. I love to try new things and expand my creative horizons. My favorite tool to use (besides my fingers!) is my palette knife. I love the randomness that comes from scraping paint onto my journal- you never know what is going to happen! My goal with sharing my work is to encourage others to realize that art doesn't have to be perfect. Art is what you want it to be, so don't be afraid to create!
