Creative Halloween Treats

Creative Halloween Treats

Halloween is right around the corner! This year we're hosting a small Halloween party for the kid's closest friends. We're trying to keep it simple, but still make it fun for the kids. We've been finding a lot of great ideas on Pinterest that would be perfect for our party. Since it's a small gathering I've been searching for treats to make that are easy and don't require a lot of time to prepare. Today I'm sharing some of my favorites from around the web. Whether you're hosting a Halloween party or looking to find some Halloween inspiration to make with your kids, these spooky treats are perfect for the occasion.

Halloween parfaits recipe via Frog Prince Paperie. These would make a great dessert for our small party and the mini witch hats are really cute.

Candy corn pretzels recipe via Baked Perfection. I don't think it gets any easier than this! We've been making chocolate covered pretzels for years and they make a great gift idea. This candy corn version is perfect for a Halloween party.

Glowing drinks tutorial via Our Best Bites. If you're hosting a night time Halloween party then you need to check out this post from Our Best Bites. I think kids and adults will enjoy this glowing drink idea.

Mummy cupcakes tutorial via A Pumpkin & A Princess. These are really simple to make and can be used for a classroom Halloween party.

Poison apples recipe via Simply Delicious Food. Does it get any creepier, in a good way, than this? These black "poison apples" are very creative.

Pumpkin Rice Krispie Treats recipe via 365ishpins. Does anyone remember making these as a kid? I think this would be a fun activity for kids.

Monster cookies recipe via Lil Luna. This may be one of my favorite Halloween treats. The edible eyes make these cookies fun for Halloween.
