Easy Outdoor Paint Projects

Posted by DecoArt on May 26th 2015

If you're like me, you're spending lots of time outside these days! The more time I hang out on the porch the more projects I dream up!

Today I've got some ideas combining paint and a few easy-to-find elements that will spruce up your little  corner of the world.

Simple sisal door mats and bright colored paint make for a happy welcome home!

And what about getting the little people in your life to gather some twigs for this fun paint project...

How many terra cotta flower pots do you have from years past? Add a fresh coat of paint and some stenciled polka dots and plain terra cotta pots make a bold and cheerful statement!

And look at these once plain rubber door mats found at any big box store! With a little paint, you never have to have a boring entrance again...7c4dc88232802f3793cfd9000c97f14a

Tin cans...is there anything more basic than that?! But add some paint and WOW! Fantastic planters...

While we're on the subject of planters, we can't ignore the beloved jar painted with Chalky Finish Paint.  A few of these little beauties on your covered porch and you have instant charm...

Lastly my favorite project! House numbers on a colorful paint stick sign...
