INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.

  1. Use scissors to cut flower image out of magazine.
  2. Use 3/4" flat brush to paint entire square Peony Pink.
  3. With 3/4 flat brush, apply DecouPage to front of square.
  4. Place paper down where desired and use fingers to rub bubbles out. (The more you rub, the more vintage it will look.) Add another coat of Decou-Page.
  5. Cut piece of string to fit neck, insert through hole at top of square, and tie.

HELPFUL HINTS

Magazine paper is thicker than regular paper; where there are bends in page or where paper goes over edge, you may need to keep adding DecouPage and hold down for a few seconds.
