    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Any cabinet, new or used, can work for this project.

    1. Begin with a cabinet and proportionately-sized legs.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Attach the top plate (for the legs) to the underside of the cabinet corners. Attach the legs tightly.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Mix one jar of Yesteryear with one jar of Primitive. Paint the cabinet and the legs with the mix using a flat brush. (Use painter's tape where needed.) Allow to dry.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Find the halfway point on the Winterberry Wreath Stencil. Draw a line with a pencil or pen. Cut the stencil in half. Attach the stencils to either side of the door, making sure they are centered and lined up with each other. (Refer to photo.)
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Use a stencil or foam brush to apply Everlasting to the stencil. (Use a dotting motion rather than a swiping motion to ensure the paint doesn't bleed.) Allow to dry.
    10. Instruction #5
    11. Use a waxing brush to apply the Clear Crème Wax to the cabinet. Let dry. Once it has dried, use a soft cloth to buff the surface smooth.
    12. Instruction #6
    13. Cut the wood to fit the top of the cabinet. Use wood glue and nails to adhere the top. Apply the Walnut Gel Stain to the top of the cabinet. Allow to dry.
    14. Instruction #7
    15. Apply Gloss Spray Finish to the top. (Use multiple coats for more protection and shine, allowing to dry after each coat.)
    16. Instruction #8
    17. Find the center of the cabinet doors and mark a spot for the drawer pulls. Attach the drawer pulls according to type.
    18. Instruction #9
