Turquoise Striped Lazy Susan

This Susan isn't so lazy with its modern colors and distressed texture.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • sandpaper
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • 2" painter's tape
    • lazy Susan

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Use a 3/4" flat brush to basecoat the entire lazy Susan with Turquoise Waters. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
    2. Use 2" painter's tape off to one side to make a large stripe.

    4. Use a 3/4" flat brush with School Bus to fill in stripe. Rinse brush and let dry completely.
    5. Position more painter's tape next to existing tape to make two additional, smaller stripes. Use a 3/4" flat brush with Leprechaun to paint both stripes. Rinse brush.

    7. Remove all tape and let dry completely.
    8. Use sandpaper to distress lazy Susan as much or as little as you like. Use a damp paper towel to wipe off dust.
