A craft or any room at home gets organized with bins stenciled with Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • painter's tape
    • fine/small brush
    • 1/2" stencil brush
    • bin

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. If possible, collapse the storage bin so it lays flat on the table. (If you cannot collapse bin, stack books or packs of paper inside the bin to provide a firm surface to paint on.)
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Use painter's tape to hold the Americana Split Angles Stencil on the bottom portion of the bin.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Dab a small amount of Gold (Metallic) on a small stencil brush and dab it off on another area of the palette or plastic plate. (You want only a small amount of paint on the brush. If you have too much paint on the sponge paint can bleed underneath the stencil.) Dab the brush over the stencil using an up-and-down motion. Let dry. Once dry, apply an additional coat, if needed.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Dip the handle end of a small paintbrush into Cotton Ball and use to add dots along one edge of the largest chevron angles. (Refer to photo.)
