NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Cut out all pieces of a stool from the plans of your choice. (If you bought a pre-made stool, that is okay too!)
- Assemble all of the stool except the steps using wood glue and screws.
- Stain all parts of the stool, including the steps, in Black or desired color.
- Paint all parts of the stool using Lace. Let dry.
- Tape off stripes on the steps of the stool using painter's tape. (If needed, measure out the stripes with a ruler.)
- Paint in between the painter's tape with Vintage.
- Cut out the provided anchor pattern using a Silhouette electronic cutter. Apply the anchor stencil to the top step of the stool. Paint inside the anchor using Honor.
- Put the stool steps in place using glue and screws.
- Use sandpaper to sand the entire stool so that some of the stain shows through the paint.
- Use wax of choice to seal all the painted surfaces. (Shown: Clear Crème Wax)
