INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Allow to dry between painting steps.

  1. Clean the bottle with rubbing alcohol and dry well before painting.
  2. Measure and mark three evenly-spaced horizontal lines on each side of the bottle.
  3. Form “V” shapes using 1/4" masking or quilter's tape between the lines. (Refer to photo for placement.)
  4. Use a cosmetic sponge to dab Bright Orange in the top section. Repeat with Razzle Berry in the next section followed by Calypso Blue and then Festive Green. Let dry. Repeat the applications for opaque coverage.
  5. Carefully remove the tape.

HELPFUL HINTS

When applying multiple coats of glass paint over taped areas, you may want to run a craft knife or razor blade down the tape edges before removing to prevent lifting off the painted design.

Once paint is dry/cured, marker lines can be removed with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a paper towel.

Painted glassware can be baked for dishwasher safety and added durability. However, if stopper or other embellishment on surface is not heat-safe, remember to remove before baking.
