Top 3 Holiday Trends for 2015

Top 3 Holiday Trends for 2015

Posted by DecoArt on Nov 25th 2015

I love Christmas traditions they anchor us and give us something to look forward to every year. But along with traditions, each season brings a new wave of Christmas trends. I've been doing a little research and have picked my top 3 to show you today! Maybe you already use one or two of these in your decorating!

My First Christmas Trend Pick:

Angel Wings

Angel wings might be my favorite trend of the holiday season. Actually, I love them in any season...

Last year I picked a word to focus on throughout the holiday season, my word was Behold. I sketched these angel wings for over the fireplace and Mike made them of wood and sheet metal. We love them so much, they now have a permanent place right here...

And angel wings don't have to be big. This pretty ornament is just right for most any tree...

My next favorite trend is:

The Stag

The beloved stag. These have been around for a few years and this rustic trend doesn't show any sign of fading.

There are tons of ways to add the stag trend to your decor...

And my 3rd Favorite Christmas Trend for 2015:

Flat Trees!

Is it the simplicity of these trees that I love or the fact that they take up no space? Either way, they are a lot of fun!

I love this DIY rustic wood tree.

And really, this little gem would be a welcome addition to my home, how about yours?

Do you like any of these trends? Are you using any in your Christmas decor? I've got several angel wings and lots of deer...but I don't have a flat tree! It's on my to-do list though!

Have a merry day my friends -xo
